BIM/3-D Modeling

The start of any great project installation is great coordination. Hellwig Mechanical accomplishes this with seasoned qualified detailers.

Our detailers come from the field and have been educated with the latest detailing software such as Navisworks, Cad-Mech, Coiad, and AutoCAD. Trimble Total Station Optics and Roboticss are utilized for layouts as well. A great detailing team will translate into the success of the project.

When tasked with coordination, we aim to reach out to each trade during the process to reduce and optimize meeting time.

Our 3-D models are converted into spool and shop drawings post coordination, allowing precision installation of inserts, hangers, and systems. After conflicts are resolved and signoffs are made, owners will be provided an updated working model to serve as a true as-built.
